Then go ahead. It's good. I returned it only because of call quality.

I using it for few months and no complaints at all and I use it like almost every day i say go for it
It's that damn app. I was about to return them tomorrow but I deleted that garbage and have been listening for an hour+ without any dropouts. Last time I used them I got disconnected within 5-20 minutes of having them on.
Using it more than a year and no complaints. Used in gym and home.
I've really been enjoying mine for the most part. My biggest complaints are the bluetooth connectivity issues and the adaptive ANC.
Bought it for 4.4k, received it at 10 p.m. It's been almost 10 hours, and I haven't taken them off. So comfortable for long-term usage. Battery dropped by 8% in this duration. Constant ANC plus music/meetings. The mic is actually usable, which was my complaint with the CH 520.
I recently purchased a pair of wh-ch720n, blue color, I returned it within the 14 days allowed for withdrawal. Continuous disconnection from the phone (I own a new Xperia 5 V which should work brilliantly, same brand, but instead...), inexplicable resets of the equalizer settings with the need to do it again, a somewhat dark sound that I had to equalize to make me like it.
For a pair of budget noise cancelling headphones, I must say that the ANC is not bad at all. It does a decent job of blocking out external noise such as traffic, people talking and other ambient noises you do have to have your music playing at around 50% volume for me, to block out most of the noise, like say a good 70%.
Sound wise, they reminded me a bit about the WH-1000XM5 (horrible name Sony, change your f***ing naming scheme), but a bit more bass-heavy.
I bought these headphones for โน4.6K. My advice is: if you really want over-ear headphones, then go for them. But if you're also considering TWS earbuds, I'd recommend getting something like the Realme Buds Air 8 Pro or the OnePlus Buds 4. They offer better sound quality and better ANC. Even though I bought these headphones for โน4.6K, I feel a little regret and I'm not completely satisfied with them.
Using it for half a year now. Battery lasts really long. Good audio quality and soundproofing.
sound quality wise, they kinda suck without EQ. if you care about that sort of stuff, you can atleast tinker with it on the app. i use them a bunch and i think theyre aight. comfortable for 6+ hours on a cold day
I used the 720N in black and the sound quality is good the ANC kinda sucks in my opinion. So I upgraded to the XM4.
I got mine delievered now , and they sound a bit left side , like the sound stage is a bit more on the left side , wht to do , any solution???
Brother, I was confused between those for the past few months. I watched videos, reviews, etc. Both headphones are almost the same. CMF has some more features, but in the end, I chose Sony as they are an old player in headsets. I would also recommend Sony, but if you prefer solid build quality and fancy features, go for CMF.
โ What Works
- Exceptional 35-hour battery life with quick charging
- Extremely comfortable for all-day wear and gym use
- Proven durability over 1+ years of regular use
- Solid microphone quality for hands-free calls
โ ๏ธ Worth Knowing
- Bluetooth connectivity issues linked to Sony app (deleting the app resolves dropouts)
- Sound quality requires EQ adjustment to shine
- ANC performance is adequate but not class-leading
Owners consistently praise the comfort and stamina of the WH-CH720N for all-day and gym use, with several reporting over a year of reliable service. Battery life easily meets the 35-hour claim, and the microphone is notably better than previous Sony models in this price bracket. The dominant frustration is Bluetooth connectivity dropoutsโbut multiple users discovered that deleting the Sony app resolves the issue entirely, suggesting a software quirk rather than hardware failure. Sound quality is solid if slightly bass-heavy; many owners apply EQ tuning to optimize it. Some call-quality concerns were raised, though not consistently. Buy it if you prioritize battery life and long-term durability over cutting-edge ANC; avoid it if Bluetooth stability and out-of-the-box sound tuning are non-negotiable.
