Runs hot under heavy use…
Runs noticeably hot when I have both monitors going, phone charging, and external drive connected. It works fine but I'm always a little nervous.

"Card reader is fast, Ethernet is rock solid — this replaced three separate adapters and a USB hub. Very happy."

"Works perfectly with my M2 MacBook Air. All ports function, 85W is plenty, and I haven't had a single dropout in three months of daily use."

My 16-inch MBP under load needs more than 85W — the dock charges it slowly and the battery still drains during heavy Final Cut exports. Fine for lighter work.

Dual monitor support is 4K@30Hz, not 60Hz. Should be clearer in the marketing. Acceptable for productivity but not ideal if you're used to 60Hz.

The included USB-C cable to the laptop is only about 20cm. Works fine on a desk but doesn't give you much flexibility in where you position the dock.
Source: Amazon reviewerThe Anker 575 is the best value 13-in-1 USB-C dock for users who want to go from multiple cables to a single USB-C connection. Eighty-five watts of power delivery handles most ultrabooks and 13-15 inch laptops at full speed, and Gigabit Ethernet plus full-speed USB 3.0 make it a genuine productivity upgrade over a laptop's built-in ports. Users with 16-inch MacBook Pros or heavy GPU workloads should budget for a Thunderbolt 4 dock, but for the majority of laptop users, the 575 is the right dock at the right price.
