Or use it like a watch, glance it whenever you want without raising your wrist and announce to everyone you got somewhere to be, just like sky daddy intended

The Apple Watch Series 10 is the thinnest Apple Watch ever with Always-On display, ECG, blood oxygen monitoring, and watchOS 11 โ the best smartwatch for iPhone users at $549 CAD.

I used to have an SE and upgraded mainly for AOD. The wrist turn is clunky and often end up messing around with it to get it to display, with always on i can just glance down and itโs there. If youโre used to normal watches AOD is much more familiar feeling
love that combo, then i saw the price >< tempted by the SS s9 now as itโd be a solid upgrade from my SS s4 and match existing straps
I've only ever worn aluminium Apple Watches, but I've been craving that Sapphire Crystal face as I tend to get a few scratches on the edges over time. Decided this time I would go for it and ordered the Natural Titanium, but I went with the matching Milanese Loop myself. The link bracelet's lovely, but it's not worth the extra money for me because I also really like the Milanese Loop and its adjustability - I have one of the existing silver ones already. Looking forward to my watch being a little more flashy with the polished design.
Yep - this watch will be a nightmare to maintain. Meanwhile my SS Series 9 can be polished with Cape Cod to look like new in less than two minutes. Same thing with the SS Link Band - two minutes with a gray 3M pad and I can brush it to look like new. Can't do that with these coated bands unfortuantely. Scratches will look absolutely awful.
I bought an S10, AOD being a major selling point. Most times I can just look down and see the time, as opposed to having to move my wrist. Like a real watch.
Thatโs a horrible idea, AOD is one of the biggest upgrades Apple ever made to the watch. Turning it off to (maybe) fix a problem that never should have occurred is not a solution, itโs just harming yourself to make life easier for Apple.
I'd sit on that SS S9 for a while. Not liking this move to titanium across the board, it's also a much duller finish.
I decided to go with the series 9 because itโs smaller. Even the 45mm version is smaller. Like pretty significantly too. I think that the series 10 looks goofy with the same size bands but a larger body.
I really love the design of the Series 10 and in particular the titanium finish. However, Apple definitely exaggerated when they said this was a complete redesign. Itโs not, but if you liked the design of the Series 4 onwards, then youโll like this as well. I went with the titanium finish mainly for the stronger sapphire crystal glass.
On a phone AOD can be off, but not on a watch. I hate the watch looking like a dumb black brick showing nothing when my wrist is down. It should serve the purpose of a traditional watch in that sense. I hated the always off display of my series 3 before I got the S8. All other suggestions are ok, but AOD is a must. Try looking at people in a subway that have always off display, it looks so off putting.
I can only tell because the gap between the crown and the glass on the S10 is basically not there and you can see some on the S9 But itโs a really minor thing
AOD is annoying, I turned mine off and I never even noticed an issue. It also is in fact a huge battery drain
Loved the review, I just upgraded my Series 4 to a Series 10 Titanium and I'm loving it.
For me, the real value on this is improving battery lifetime, so the watch lasts longer overall (Iโll be upgrading from Series 4 at some point). For that, in addition, I try not to charge over 80% or so as well as not letting it get under 20%.
The Apple Watch Series 10 is the best smartwatch for iPhone users โ no competing watch matches its iPhone integration, ECG accuracy, or design. If you have an iPhone and wear your watch daily, this is the watch to buy. Android users should look at Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 or Garmin Venu 3.
