The Garmin Venu 3 is the most health-focused smartwatch available โ Body Battery tracking, HRV analysis, nap detection, and sleep coaching with a 14-day battery life that leaves Apple Watch behind at $499 CAD.

There's a perfectly usable flashlight on the Venu 3. I was going to upgrade to the 4 but I heard the battery life isn't as good and only having to charge once a week is keeping me here.
I have the 3 and see no reason to upgrade yet. For me the missing button would be a detriment, but if you don't need that then the 4 is probably the better option and is likely to be supported for much longer.
I had a Venu 3 and now a 4. I found the metal body and the additional training metrics to be worth the upgrade.
Same here. Both OTF Monitor and Garmin at each classโฆI just like getting all the info.
The Garmin Venu 3 is the best smartwatch for health-focused users who want deep wellness insights over smartphone integration โ the 14-day battery, Body Battery, and HRV analysis are unmatched by Apple or Samsung at this price. If iPhone integration and ECG matter more than wellness depth, the Apple Watch Series 10 is the better fit.
