"I undercut door casings for laminate installation. This tool, a Fein blade, and 10 minutes per doorway. The old way took me an hour with a handsaw per door."

M18 batteries are top-tier quality but they're not cheap. Starting from zero you're looking at $210+ once you add a 4.0Ah battery and charger. Worth it for the ecosystem; painful to start.

This isn't a Milwaukee thing — all oscillating tools vibrate and make noise. Wear protection and use the variable speed. Not a complaint about this tool specifically.

For the occasional homeowner job this is perfect. For five days a week of tile work, save the extra $100 and get the FUEL brushless. The runtime difference is real.
Source: Amazon reviewerThe Milwaukee 2626-20 is a capable M18 oscillating tool for homeowners and occasional-use professionals who want Milwaukee's QUIK-LOK accessory system and broad OIS compatibility without the FUEL brushless premium. The tool-only format suits existing M18 users perfectly. Buyers doing heavy daily use — full bathroom tile removal, extended grout work — should budget for the M18 FUEL 2836-20 instead, where the brushless motor's sustained performance justifies the extra cost.
